About Climatemp Service Group

In the Beginning

Talent and drive established the Climatemp name in early 1950, when Mr. Victor Comforte opened his doors for business on the west side of Chicago, fabricating and installing sheet metal products. His vision, and that of his sons who now lead the Climatemp companies, have resulted in the development of one of the largest and most successful heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) companies in the nation.

You can experience the quality of Climatemp’s construction at numerous landmark properties in metropolitan Chicago. These include McCormick Place, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the International Terminal at O’Hare Airport, and Chicago’s newest skyscraper, Trump Tower.

Climatemp Service Group was established because of our conviction that it is only prudent to take good care of the heating and cooling equipment upon which your organization depends. Through our preventive maintenance programs, we serve as our Customer’s “eyes and ears” regarding their mechanical systems. This enables our Customers to keep focused on their core business.

Our Customers are small, medium and large in size. They own/operate commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities -- from single-story buildings to high-rises. While our list of preventive maintenance Customers is long and diverse, our mission is the same for every Customer: to help them reduce their costs and help improve system operations.
